Our company is constructing a new facility that uses acidic gases from refineries (such as hydrogen sulfide and NH3) for the combustion-based production of waste sulfuric acid. The design plan includes sending the gases resulting from this combustion process (with their respective components) to an SCR catalytic denitration unit. We would appreciate it if experts could provide us with information on domestic manufacturers of equipment and catalysts suitable for use in denitration units under sulfur dioxide conditions. Where are the gas components? Is the acid production process dry or wet?

We also deal with the production of sulfuric acid using the dry H2S method; our facility has been in operation for nearly 10 years now. We could exchange ideas with each other. It’s essential to have an effective desulfurization system, as the presence of nitrites in sulfuric acid has a significant impact on its quality
The WSA mentioned upstairs refers to Topsoe’s wet sulfuric acid production process, right? They do not sell the denitration unit separately; instead, they only provide the complete package for wet sulfuric acid production
