Today, I noticed abnormal noises coming from the compressor. After checking, it was found that the temperature of the primary exhaust valve was too high, while there were no abnormalities in the temperatures and pressures detected by the sensors. There was no problem either after removing the air valve. The experienced technician said it was a problem with the piston rings; after the first stage of compression, natural gas couldn’t enter the second stage properly. . . I didn’t understand what he meant. Does it mean the seal is not tight? A poor seal shouldn’t cause the temperature of the primary exhaust valve to be too high, right? 、。 Need help. . .

Leakage occurs due to sticking, wear, or breakage of the piston rings, resulting in insufficient gas discharge; this is likely the problem your mechanic is referring to.
