Can P507 be used to separate cobalt and magnesium from high-magnesium cobalt solutions?

The cobalt sulfate solution contains 30–35 g/l of cobalt and 15 g/l of magnesium; can P507 be used to completely separate cobalt from magnesium?
Cobalt enters the organic phase, while magnesium is removed with the remaining liquid; the back-extraction solution contains about 0.01–0.02 g/L of magnesium
Can magnesium at such a high concentration be separated as well? What details need to be taken into account? Thank you
