Purchasing activities in downstream industries such as textiles and papermaking are proceeding as usual, resulting in a moderate level of market activity. Apart from the positive impact of increasing demand in the East China region, there are few other factors affecting the market in other areas; merchants are not very active in trading, and a cautious atmosphere prevails in the market.
