Question regarding the lift-type check valve of the compressor

Our unit has newly acquired a natural gas compressor, and the manufacturer installed a lift-type check valve (DN80) at the pipeline outlet. Since it was put into operation over a month ago, the check valve has been making noise continuously; the manufacturer claims that this is normal. We took it apart for inspection and found no problems. Do we need to replace it? Can the noise be fixed without replacement, and if so, how? (The noise is more frequent at low speeds.)
This is because the flow rate at the compressor outlet is too low!
This is normal; the pressure of the gas or liquid flowing in the pipeline is constantly changing, as a result of changes in the user’s demand.
Without replacing the check valve, the noise cannot be eliminated, as the compressor’s exhaust is pulsative
The situation is similar to that of a light hydrocarbon pump in our facility; here too, the check valve at the pump outlet made a lot of noise. We then added a low-flow line in the outlet direction, using it when the flow rate was low at startup, and once things returned to normal we reinstated the check valve. So I think what was said on the second floor makes sense. It’s probably due to too low traffic.
:Victory: Thank you to everyone above~ It’s been fixed now; I just replaced the original lift-type mechanism with a screw-type one. The process was repeated several times–the manufacturer added springs and replaced the PTFE contact surfaces. It’s been almost 2 weeks since the screw-type mechanism was installed, but there’s still no noise. It seems everything is working normally now
