It is a boxed, fully welded heat exchanger. High-pressure water cannot enter its interior, and there are dead corners inside; as well as reaction by-products similar to silicone, various cleaning methods have failed – I need help!
The manufacturer can’t do anything either, so they’ve come here for help
Is there a lab technician? Take a look at what that silicone substance is! Let’s decide on a plan now – is it useful to use an acid pump for circulation? Previously, for our shell-and-tube washing equipment, it was acid pump circulating water! I’m not sure if it’s feasible

Try using hot air to blow through the flexible metal hose.
Check whether the reaction by-products dissolve in acids or bases, or at high temperatures; if so, acid washing, alkali washing, or steam cleaning can be used

If it’s a partial blockage, it should still be usable; the heat exchange efficiency is not as good as when it was first put into use; If there is a severe blockage, it may be necessary to purchase new ones or switch to a type of heat exchanger that is easier to clean
That’s the downside of brazed types – they’re difficult to clean
