Seeking advice on the flatness of jointed plates in atmospheric pressure rectangular containers

For RT, pressure vessels at normal pressure whose bottom plates, side plates, top plates, etc. require the assembly of multiple plates – how should the flatness of this resulting single plate be measured after assembly, and which standards should be followed? It doesn’t seem like there are any requirements in NB/T 47003.1 regarding this matter{:1_90:}

There are no specific regulations for this; we generally follow the requirements related to structure, with a flatness tolerance of 1‰ being typical. No distinct weld corners should form at the joint area.
