Newbie seeking help: are there any small-scale coal-to-natural gas devices?

A power plant project that uses natural gas produced by coal-to-gas equipment as fuel for gas engines to generate electricity. The demand for natural gas is approximately 45 tons per day (56,000 m3 per day, at normal pressure). I would like to ask the seniors: is there any device of this small size? If available, what is the approximate cost of the entire setup (up to methanation)? Please give an estimated price. Thank you so much.
It should consume 7,000 cubic meters of gas per hour; there seems to be some small, portable equipment for this purpose.
