Moderator, do you still have that enthusiasm? The end of the month is approaching, and the mandatory assessment for moderators is also due by then. So, how many moderators have posted 30 topic posts? Active – it’s still just those dozen or so people. I took a look at the sections under my responsibility today; the divider has reached page 3 now. This must be a rare occurrence over a period of about 2 years, right? How can we motivate the current moderators? I’m not really concerned about managing salaries these days.
I’m currently unemployed; I have held various positions, from an ordinary moderator to a moderator, then to an assistant super moderator, and finally to a super moderator.
You still need a touring team and a technical team, right? ;P
Those two don’t count; we’re talking about actual moderators and the like.
I still have enthusiasm, and I don’t really care much about salary:victory::victory:
I still have enthusiasm, and salary isn’t that important to me. Application submitted; some tangible rewards would be nice
I’ve never been a moderator, nor do I have any intention of becoming one, as my knowledge is too limited to allow me to take on such a role lightly. Without the right skills, one doesn’t dare take on such delicate work. Although I know a lot about various fields, I have not reached a high level of expertise in any particular one; even my understanding of the technology related to the most basic devices, which I have been working with for over twenty years, is far from comprehensive, as each company has its own unique approaches.
How is that possible? Is the VIP gone? ;P
