It is essential to focus on these aspects, and evaluations also center around them: 1. Equipment records must be detailed (lubrication records, spare parts records, tool records); 2. Records should be thorough and specific (inspection records, lubrication records, maintenance records, records of replacement of important spare parts); 3. Statistics on equipment failures； 4. Predictive maintenance ； 5. Proper daily maintenance is essential; the equipment should be lubricated regularly, and inspections must be carried out thoroughly ； 6. Pay special attention to key equipment. 7. Quality control of inspection, maintenance, and repair. It sounds simple, but in reality each task requires a great deal of effort, and there are many such tasks to carry out. It is quite difficult to handle all these aspects thoroughly and consistently.
