What considerations should be taken when converting a heavy oil roof tank into an internal floating roof tank? What equipment needs to be installed?

But since there is already a tank top, installation is rather troublesome. 2. If necessary, add nitrogen seals, breather valves, flame arresters, etc ； 3. If nitrogen sealing is not required, ventilation holes must be installed, and flame arresters should be placed in key areas
Why switch to internal floating roof tanks for heavy oil? There is basically no evaporation loss. If the temperature drops too low and the oil solidifies, that would cause big problems. I’m thinking about whether the steam lines of several heavy oil tanks could be connected together, just like the gas connection lines in spherical tanks, in order to reduce steam losses

It used to be a heavy oil tank; now it’s probably used for storing light oil, right? Otherwise, no need to change it; the internal floating disk is hard to install, right?
I also want to know why heavy oil has to be transferred to internal floating roof tanks?
