Quotations for welding and installation of heating pipelines

The total length of the pipelines is 70,000 meters, with diameters ranging from 80 to 450 millimeters. Pipelines with diameters of 80 and 150 millimeters account for three-quarters of the total length. The client will provide the main materials, while I am responsible for everything else. My question is: what should be the price per meter to ensure that I don’t suffer any losses?
