Distinguish between valve internals/seals?

For the same type of globe valve with flange connection, what is the difference between the sealing surface and the internal components? What’s the difference between 13Cr/13Cr, 13Cr/HF, 304/HF, and 304/304? Aren’t the standard models all Z41H, Z41Y, and Z41W? May I ask what materials are used for the internal components and the sealing surface in the cases of H and Y? I’m a newbie to valves and not sure how to explain this; please help me out, experts.
H corresponds to 13Cr, HF corresponds to Y; for valves, 304 is generally used locally； 13CR and HF are defined by API 600, while H/Y are defined by GB/T 32808; refer to those standards for details.
