The definitions in the catalog of special equipment and the standards starting with TSG are not consistent. Which one should be taken as the standard? Also, pressure pipelines and pressure vessels have regulations regarding registration for use; are there similar regulations for the registration of pressure pipeline components? The definition is in accordance with the Special Equipment Safety Law, while the scope is based on the latest Special Equipment Catalogue. Pressure pipeline components are part of the “pressure pipelines” and are not registered separately.
