Difference between pipeline grades ba55cs and ba55cg

While reviewing the PID drawings for a renovation project recently, I noticed that the pipeline identification boundary line is the one between BA55CS and BA55CG； By checking the legend, it shows that both S and G are gate valves; what is the difference between them? From what a beginner like me can see, there’s no difference at the moment, but since the design institute has specified a dividing point, there must be a reason for that. Seeking advice from experts
This is the pipeline grade boundary, not a valve identifier, right? BA55CS is estimated to be a carbon steel grade, while BA55CG is estimated to be a galvanized carbon steel grade. The two pipeline grades are separated here
In the attachments at the beginning of our PID drawings, it is specified that BA is made of material 236; does this conflict with CS mentioned later? Do both indicate the material?
There should be a pipeline number specification, and there should also be a grade specification
