Reason: The low liquid level switch in the oil tank is broken; we want to replace it, and flanges are required as an accessory. But here’s the problem: the flange that remains on the tank is like the one shown in the image below (DN80, six holes, diagonal screw hole spacing of 100 mm; the bolt holes have internal threads and a diameter of 10 mm). The flange of the original level switch was like this: (the flange thickness was 22 mm). May I ask, **is this a standard flange?** As I recall, the DN80 version seems to have eight holes
Anyway, the level switch is also broken, so let’s replace it with a new one. According to the flange of the new level switch, cut off the flange on the storage tank and install a new one in its place.
It depends on the pressure rating; DN80 flanges come in 4 or 8 holes. The flange for your float switch is likely a custom-made one, provided by the manufacturer~~

For the non-standard flanges, reconfigure them according to the oil tank flanges
Non-standard flanges shall be reconfigured according to the oil tank flanges.
If possible, change them to meet national standards; if that’s not feasible, purchase flanges compatible with the level gauge – six-hole flanges are not common
You can check with the manufacturer of the level gauge and buy a new set

The level switch manufacturer can provide a flange for pairing, allowing for a complete replacement.
