As indicated in the figure, it’s difficult to understand this pipe grade code. Furthermore, the design institute uses the codes for the grades/categories of petrochemical pipelines, rather than those for industrial pipelines. Are there any issues when submitting applications for pressure pipelines for inspection?

I understand the pipeline grade code now. Can this pipeline level be used for inspection? Should industrial pipeline grade codes such as GC2 and GC3 be filled in?
When submitting an application for inspection of pressure pipelines, is it sufficient to use the blueprints provided by the design institute, or is it necessary to provide an additional document outlining the characteristics of the pipelines along with their industrial grade?
