Type 1 is equivalent to two nuts self-tightening. Type 2 is equivalent to the nut giving a large downward pulling force to the U-shaped bolt (it is equivalent, but the force analysis is not a force).
It can also be explained this way: when the pipe is pulled out, type 1 will not change, but type 2 will loosen directly because the pipe bearing the force is gone.
What does it mean to just relax?
The backing plate can move upward freely within a certain limit.
There is a gap between the guide level and the pipe, and the pipe can slide freely along the axis.
The guide pipe clamp generally leaves a gap of about 3mm with the outer wall of the pipe, which serves as a guide and allows the pipe to slide in the axis direction. This gap needs to be adjusted by the upper bolt and fixed by the lower bolt. ； Fix the pipe clamp, leaving no gap between the pipe clamp and the outer wall of the pipe, and fix it with the bolts below.
