Newbie’s question: Does PCV also play a role in PIC and PY control?

As shown in the figure below, it can be seen that PCV is also involved in PIC and PY control. Does this self-acting control valve also participate in the control? Isn’t PCV self-regulating? Can it also operate in response to external signals?
From the diagram, it can be seen that this valve is not a self-acting control valve. It does not have a feedback pressure tapping line.
Using PCV to denote control valves is not in compliance with the specifications.
Is FO a wind shut-off valve? ? ? PCV self-acting control valve; this diagram doesn’t seem right to me
