I currently have a platen pump, and I want to send a signal to the PLC. For now, I am thinking of installing a valve or something similar at the outlet of the platen pump to transmit the signal. I’d like to ask the experts what would be a suitable choice. (The medium has high gel viscosity)
It depends on what signal is intended to be used as the operating signal； If the outlet pressure of the pump is the signal, then install a pressure sensor ； If one only wants to obtain the operating signal of the pump, simply taking the pump’s operating electrical signal will suffice.
I want to obtain the operating signal of the pump, and to see on the PLC screen whether this pump is running. This pump does not have a remote transmission function.
