I’ve used rubber-lined wafer butterfly valves as well as PTFE butterfly valves, and neither of them proved to be durable. Are there any users with experience in this area? In the case of tetrafluoro, it’s also the valve seat that’s damaged.

The knife switch is too slow; considering a hard-sealed butterfly valve. Not tried it yet
With hard-sealed butterfly valves, impurities can damage the sealing surface and cause internal leakage
