Before operation, conduct a safety inspection of the machinery and equipment; run it without load first. Only after the department has inspected and confirmed their proper operation can the equipment be put back into use. It is strictly prohibited to start or shut down equipment without authorization. 3. It is strictly prohibited to adjust mechanical equipment by hand while it is in operation ； Do not use hands to measure parts or perform lubrication, cleaning, or debris removal. When mechanical equipment is in operation, the operator must not leave their post. 4. Daily operations such as cleaning machinery and unclogging jammed materials must be carried out only after the equipment has come to a complete stop. Since many pieces of equipment continue to rotate for some time after stopping due to inertia, it is necessary to adhere to the procedures of shutting down the equipment, cutting off power, and posting warning signs. 5. During routine inspections, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply wires are properly installed; there should be no damaged protective covers, exposed wires, or any signs of electrical leakage. The motor insulation should be good, and the grounding wire must be intact. 6. Switches, buttons, etc. should be in good condition, and the emergency stop button should function properly. 7. Machinery that comes into direct and frequent contact with people must be equipped with a functional emergency braking system. The position of this brake knob must be such that the operator can reach it at any time within the machine’s operating range ； All transmission parts of mechanical equipment must be equipped with reliable protective devices ； All manholes, feed ports, screw conveyors, and other such components must be equipped with covers, guardrails, and warning signs ； Keep the working environment clean and tidy. 8. When servicing machinery, it is essential to strictly adhere to the procedures of cutting off power, hanging “Do Not Switch On” warning signs, and assigning a dedicated person for supervision. After power is cut off to the machinery, it is necessary to confirm that its inertial rotation has completely ceased before any work can be carried out ； After mechanical maintenance is completed, and prior to conducting a trial run, it is necessary to conduct a thorough inspection of the site; the switch can only be turned on after confirming that all personnel are completely removed from the machinery area ； During maintenance and trial runs, it is strictly prohibited to have anyone remaining inside the equipment to start it up.
