Generally, amplitude is used to reflect the condition of vibration position, while vibration velocity is related to issues such as fatigue failure of components. We rarely use acceleration. In that case, can amplitude better reflect problems such as poor alignment, large bearing clearance, and loose foundation bolts? ? ? But in daily use, the vibration velocity is used more often – solve it! ! !
mm vibration displacement: generally used for the vibration assessment of low-speed machinery； Vibration velocity in mm/s: generally used for the vibration assessment of medium-speed rotating machinery ； mm/(s^2) vibration acceleration: generally used for the vibration assessment of high-speed rotating machinery.
