Material sedimentation issue in horizontal mother liquor tanks

Dear allies, I have a question: there is sediment in many of the horizontal mother liquor storage tanks in our workshop, and this sediment causes blockages in the pipes when we use pumps to transfer the liquid. Therefore, we have decided to add an extension pipe, with another horizontal pipe attached to it and placed at the bottom of the storage tank. We need guidance on what pressure is required, what diameter the pipes should have, and what size holes should be made in the horizontal pipe. Please advise us. The modified diagram is as follows
Why not consider going with a vertical design? Vertical mother liquor tanks have been used before
For those with sediment, vertical types are generally used, and it is best to have a conical bottom.
What’s the advantage of this? Facilitates level maintenance and sediment collection?
There are too many now, and the equipment won’t arrive any time soon. The solid content in the mother liquor is around 3% to 5%, so let’s consider this method for now
I was wondering if a magnetic stirrer could be added.
Consider adding a jet mixing pump
The concentrated mother liquor can be directly evaporated using a dryer to turn the liquid into a solid.
