Author/Source: Anhua Group Date: October 15, 2019 Number of views: 36 Thanks to the diligent efforts of all relevant parties, on October 12, the Technical Review Meeting on the Environmental Impact Report for the Raw Material Route Upgrading Project of Anyang Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the Anyang Welcome Hotel. Experts from various chemical industries, as well as leaders from the environmental protection departments of Anyang City, Long’an District, and the chemical industry park management committees, along with representatives from evaluation agencies, agencies responsible for evaluating supporting projects, and construction units, attended this meeting. Wang Junhua, the head of Long’an District, and Han Lianguo, Xu Aijun, Gao Shanjun, and Zhang Chaoqi, leaders of Anhua Group Company, attended the meeting. The members of the expert group inspected the existing plant area in Anhua and its surrounding environment, and reviewed the Environmental Impact Assessment Report. After nearly 7 hours of review and discussion, around 7 p.m. that same day, the expert panel provided feedback on the evaluation comments. Following expert review, it was approved that Anhua Group Company modify and improve the report as required, and after further expert verification, the technical review of the environmental impact report was passed. This signifies the experts’ approval of the environmental impact assessment for Anhua Group Company’s project to upgrade its raw material supply chain, as well as of this project itself. Subsequently, the report will be revised and improved as soon as possible, and submitted to the Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau so that it meets the requirements for issuing an approval opinion on the environmental impact assessment of the project.
