On September 5, steam leakage occurred from the valve packing of PV-0003 in the company’s amine alcohol workshop. The personnel on site reported the issue promptly and contacted their colleagues in the electrical and instrumentation department to handle it immediately. Despite the difficult conditions for repairs, the company overcame various obstacles, diverted the steam to a bypass, and then isolated PV-0003 for maintenance. The workshop supervisor remained on site to address any issues that arose, and thanks to the combined efforts and close cooperation of the process, maintenance, and electrical and instrumentation teams, the maintenance work was completed successfully.
