In light of the 24/7 continuous production requirements of large chemical enterprises, Jintianhua has strengthened communication and coordination with relevant parties to ensure a stable supply of raw material natural gas ; Adjust the shift schedule for process operations in a timely manner, changing it from \"four shifts with two rotations\" to \"three shifts with two rotations\", in order to address the shortage of staff at the closed positions within the facility ; The top leaders took the lead by staying on site to handle production issues as they arose, adjusting production tasks accordingly, and organizing the production of 9,956 tons of large-grain urea and 3,323 tons of slow-release urea, which are urgently needed for spring plowing ; Thorough inspections for potential hazards on site and equipment maintenance were carried out meticulously, with a total of 26 maintenance tasks completed ; The procurement department sources production materials through multiple channels, providing a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the facilities. As of March 13, the ammonia synthesis plant had achieved 554 days of continuous operation at grade “A” across the New Year, with a total urea production of 119,800 tons this year. In response to the difficulties in transporting bulk urea during the pandemic, Jintianhua promptly organized staff to increase the packaging volume of the product, strengthened communication with relevant departments, and established a coordination mechanism with agricultural supply departments in various cities within Liaoning Province such as Jinzhou and Chaoyang. Under the conditions required for epidemic control, specialized personnel, vehicles, products, and delivery routes were used to ensure that urea was delivered to farmers’ fields in a timely manner, thus preventing delays in spring plowing and farming activities.
