Between 2012 and 2022, the bidder had experience in installing 2 sets of centrifugal compressors using nitrogen as the medium, with an inlet flow rate of not less than 15,000 Nm3/h under normal operating conditions (100%). 3. Between 2012 and 2022, the bidder shall have experience in installing 2 sets of centrifugal compressors for syngas, whose main components are nitrogen and hydrogen (with a molecular weight of 8 to 10), capable of maintaining an inlet flow rate of not less than 92,000 Nm3/h and an outlet pressure of not less than 7.5 MpaG under normal operating conditions (100%). 4. The bidder shall provide a corresponding performance record (which should include at least the project name, unit name, compressor model, medium, flow rate, pressure, as well as pages with signatures and seals) and proof of past performance (which should include at least a copy of the signed contract and a copy of the technical agreement containing data tables). Any proof of performance that is unclear or incomplete will be considered invalid. 3.1.10 The bidder’s technical bid document must be prepared in strict accordance with the requirements specified in the tendering technical documents. A table of technical deviations shall be included in the bid document, detailing the specific deviations; if there are no deviations, a statement indicating that no deviations exist should be provided. Any deviations not listed in this table will not be accepted. 3.1.11 The products and configurations provided by the bidder must be complete, with no missing items, and must fully meet the functional requirements. The bidder undertakes to provide a comprehensive performance guarantee; should any deficiencies or omissions be discovered at any time, the bidder must commit to making up for them unconditionally and without charge. 3.1.12 The bidder must provide a letter of commitment regarding the following matters; such letter must be stamped with the official seal and signed by the legal representative: 1. The design, manufacturing processes, and other related technologies associated with the products being bid for are legally owned by the bidder or can be used by them, without any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. 2. If the bidder wins the bid, they shall deliver the goods within the deadline specified in the tender documents, and take all necessary measures to ensure that this delivery deadline is not affected by any existing or potential intellectual property infringement issues. In the event that the delivery time is delayed or is likely to be delayed as a result, the buyer and the end user have the right to terminate the contract. The bidder agrees to compensate the buyer and the end user for all direct and indirect losses incurred as a result. 3.
