Maximum flow rate of the boiler’s feed water pipe: 15 t/h; normal flow rate: 12.5 t/h; minimum flow rate: 5 t/h. Electric control valves manufactured by Anhui Tiankang are used, with a pressure before the valve of 5.2 MPa. Generally, pressures ranging from 2.5 MPa to 10 MPa are considered medium to low pressures. What I would like to know is whether a special manufacturing certificate is required to produce such valves. After checking, I found that Anhui Tiankang only has the qualification to manufacture pipe valves and fittings; therefore, I wonder whether using their electric control valves at these pipeline pressures meets safety requirements. Please give me some advice. By the way, does Anhui Tiankang Group have the qualifications to produce high-pressure valves?
Is there a certificate of conformity? How dare they sell without the necessary qualifications?
It was packed for another company; the goods haven’t arrived yet. I think that since they’re capable of manufacturing, they must have the necessary certificates and qualifications. After all, Anhui Tiankang is a quite large company. But my supervisor wants me to find out more first, and I can’t find any information regarding Anhui Tiankang’s qualifications online.
They don’t have valve factories; if you buy from them, they find someone to manufacture the valves and then apply a private label to them. **Most of our factories do it this way; for domestically produced products, all you need are pressure test records and certificates of conformity.** ; Once the valve is back, conduct a pressure test before installing it; if there are any issues, return it.

Bro, to be honest, for Anhui Tiankang, aside from thermocouples and cables, you shouldn’t use anything else – the quality is really poor. Many of their products are actually made by small factories under contract manufacturing. For something as important as boiler feed water, it’s better to use products from reputable manufacturers!
Thank you. I checked the relevant qualifications and found that Anhui Tiankang has only been manufacturing valves for 2 years, and it lacks many necessary qualifications
It’s sufficient to have the supplier provide a type certification certificate.
There are some. You can add me on QQ, and I’ll send it to you
