Can the understanding of the process parameters measurement and display process be uniformly represented by the schematic diagram below? The sensor is inserted into the process pipeline and powered (in other words, connected to the circuit); it converts the process parameters into electrical current signals. These current signals are sent to the display instrument, which then, using some unknown module, converts those current signals back into process parameter values that are displayed on the screen Did the entire process go through two reverse transformations?
What major did you switch from? It’s just a modulo conversion; as for what value is displayed, it depends entirely on how the range is handled. It can only be considered a change in numerical value, not a change in various aspects of the signal.
Current is converted into a temperature value for display; current is a continuously varying quantity, which is an analog signal, and temperature is also continuously varying and thus an analog signal as well. So what is the need for analog-to-digital conversion?

What enters is an electric current, an analog signal, which inside the module is converted into digital signals such as 0101 that can be recognized by the CPU. You think the temperature display shows a continuous value, but in reality it depends merely on how fine the steps are. Moreover, the examples you gave are not appropriate; temperature sensors commonly include thermocouples and thermal resistors. One of these detects voltage signals, while the other detects resistance signals. Only if an additional transmitter is used will these signals be converted into current signals.
