Someone knowledgeable, please help: why does this liquid level gauge have two liquid introduction pipes at its base? What’s the difference between the left and right ones?
I can’t figure it out. Is it for insulation, sampling, some other purpose, or is it used to install on-site level gauges?
It may be to prevent false liquid levels from occurring due to liquid phase blockage.
This separation tank is located inside the cold box; the other towers are designed in the same way!

I also feel that it has this effect, but I’ve used other cold boxes and none of them had this design! Could there be other effects as well?
