Differential pressure transmitters are used to measure the differential pressure between indoor and outdoor areas; the positive-pressure side is installed indoors, while the negative-pressure side is in direct contact with the outdoor atmosphere. Wind forces can cause fluctuations in the pressure signal. I was wondering if any experts have any good solutions, perhaps ones that can be implemented using the instruments themselves. The fear is that the micro-differential pressure gauge you’re using has a large time drift and can’t maintain stability…… I can’t even remember how many people’s gauges I’ve had to fix already. Which brand’s watch are you using, and what’s the model? Tell me so I can hear about it; it would be better if you could take a photo and post it. I’ll assess its condition and teach you how to check whether it’s stable or not first. Separator line-------------- Additionally, the micromanometers manufactured by Gozao, models SC322 or SC329, feature self-calibration without zero drift; they are highly sensitive yet extremely stable. For your reference, there are images to prove it – 1 hPa = 100 Pa = 0.1 kPa.

It’s from the Rosemount 3051 series, model number 3051CD02A01A; there’s another sequence of numbers at the end which I can’t remember. Is this information enough?
A protective cover was installed, but it didn’t work well; there are still significant fluctuations when the wind is strong. I’m not sure if the cover isn’t large enough
How many bends are there in the pressure sampling pipeline of the positive pressure chamber?

You measure 60 Pa, which is negligible, while the 3051 model, with a full tank of oil, has plenty of capacity – it has a measurement range of around 60 Pa; shall I give that to you? .
Dude, that’s a micro-differential pressure transmitter – a single puff of air can knock it over. So just add an instrument enclosure and place the transmitter inside it; that’s what we do! :lol
