Those who understand cut-off valves, please take a look

I have a pneumatic on-off cut-off valve, and I’m hoping that those of you with more experience can help me understand what components 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are in the picture, and what function each one serves
1: Intake speed control 2: Exhaust silencer/insect screen 3: Exhaust speed control 4: Pneumatically controlled directional valve 5: It should be a safety valve. The picture you took is a bit off-center and everything is blurred.
The second floor is the correct answer; it’s not clear what those 5 items are, nor do I know what purpose adding those items and the pressure gauge serves
What is the purpose of intake and exhaust speed control?
A throttle is what controls the timing of opening and closing the valve; it is essentially a small throttle valve.
