Issues regarding trend data recording in Yokogawa CENTUM VP

Recently, due to safety management requirements, the data trend recording storage time for Yokogawa DCS must be at least 30 days. How to achieve it? Is it necessary to purchase the long-term trend software package?
The long-term trend can only be achieved by purchasing a long-term trend license
Can regular backups of the standard trend files (not long-term trend packages) be achieved? If possible, how to back it up? How do I open the trend data for backups?
It’s not a long-term trend; I remember that it seems to last only about 2 days, and after that time it gets overwritten. As for backing up trends, I recall there being a command called BKHTrCSV, but I don’t remember the exact way to use it
