Is there no dual-power supply? With over 300 electric valves, just a UPS is not sufficient; a UPS provides emergency power supply. There is a separate circuit breaker for each circuit in the control cabinet, and if terminal blocks are used, fuse terminals are required.
This power supply is generally provided by the electrical control cabinet, and is not within the scope of the instrument power supply.
