The double-flange electronic level gauge is installed on the south side of the unit; the high-pressure side has a liquid phase while the low-pressure side has negative pressure. Why does the level change as the sun rises and sets during the day, but return to normal at night?

What is an electronic level gauge?
One possibility is that the temperature affects the density inside the capillary; since the volume remains unchanged, the pressure changes, which in turn leads to variations in the measurements. However, this possibility is extremely low. Another possibility is that the gasket is affected by temperature, causing it to contract due to heat effects, and when the gasket is installed it presses against the diaphragm. The pressure exerted by the gasket can affect the measurement results. This possibility is higher, and it is recommended to remove the gasket for inspection if conditions permit
It should be during the day; the silicone oil filled in the capillaries and gauge head has its viscosity reduced due to the rising temperature caused by sunlight, which makes it more sensitive to pressure changes. As a result, slight fluctuations in the liquid level can be observed. At night, the viscosity increases, and such slight fluctuations are no longer detectable, which is why the level appears more stable at night.
Is the medium inside the tank heated? It is recommended to insulate the area from the gauge bulb to the short pipe leading to the tank
