Address conversion for master-slave communication between TRICON and PKS via MODBUS

MODBUS communication is used with TRICON and PKS, with PKS acting as the master station to read from and write to TRICON. TRICON has defined an AI: r1201FZT_111102A, also known as 33028; it is a 32-bit memory-based real number. When reading via MODBUS and creating points in QUICK BUILDER on the PKS side, why is the communication address 35055? How is this value determined? I would appreciate the advice from all the experts
The result should be 33028 – 30000 = 3028; 3028 * 2 – 1001 = 5055; 30000 + 5055 = 35055
Why is this the case? Are there any relevant materials?
If reading the real-valued data in tricon, the calculation must be done using the algorithm mentioned above; if it is an integer value, simply use the address directly
