Problem description: Currently, when formulating products, our company needs to add various liquid raw materials into the reactor, and the amount added must be precise; there should be no residues in the pipelines. The total volume of all these raw materials is 3 cubic meters. The raw materials are stored in tonnage tanks and 200L tanks. The owner wants to achieve automation and intelligence through accurate weighing. Our company does not have storage tanks, so it is not possible to install any such tanks. Do the experts have any ways to achieve this?
Everything else is easy to handle; a scale and valves will do the trick. But what if there are residues in the pipes? Should we use air to blow them out?
Pump to the small tank; the small tank flows under atmospheric pressure – is flow rate being controlled?
