This post was last edited by liaifeng on 2018-9-1 18:12. Please advise! Due to the market economy, MTG has never been able to gain widespread adoption in areas rich in coal resources. I wonder if MTG technology is already mature in China? Which design department is more authoritative?
Mature; Saiding Engineering Company and Shanxi Coal Chemical Institute have numerous successful projects in China
Look at the MTG units available in China – with current market oil prices, who would dare to operate such units! Qinghua in Inner Mongolia, Xinye in Xinjiang, Zhejiang Energy in Jiaxing, and Hui Feng in Inner Mongolia are all shut down!
In other words, the Shanxi Coal Chemical Research Institute is still more authoritative, right? So how about Chongqing Tiancheng Carbon One? What kind of technical packages do they have? I’ve been struggling for ages to figure out how to reward those who reply; I’m a newbie, completely new here
Are you referring to Chengdu Tiancheng Carbon-1? I’m not very familiar with the technology there; I’m sorry!
Poor quality technology; it leads to huge losses. Saiding Design Institute is even worse; it only knows how to make money
Based on the current market conditions, there is a loss situation! Enterprises in China have all stopped operations! Or plan to upgrade it to other process equipment! My previous employer had only one MTG unit; once it stopped being in use, I changed jobs!
Many problems are evident in the drawings provided by Saiding Design Institute! The quality of work done by the design institute is really not impressive! The problems I have identified are as follows: (1) The material inlet and outlet device does not have a mass flow meter; calculations can only be made based on changes in the liquid level of the storage tank ; (2) There is no exhaust mechanism at the pump outlet of the centrifugal pump; therefore, each time the pump is started, the pressure gauge has to be removed in order to allow exhaust. (3) It’s really unnecessary to design an intermediate tank area and transfer materials from there – it’s like taking off one’s pants just to fart, completely redundant. (4) The design of the 4.0 steam pipeline is unreasonable; the location of the pipeline drain valve is too high, making it inconvenient to operate when introducing steam
