The environmental impact assessment for our company’s coal chemical project has been ongoing for a year now, yet there’s still no progress; I’m not sure how things are in your area
No way, no progress at all in a whole year? Is it the environmental protection department holding things up, or are your environmental impact assessment reports not meeting the environmental requirements? Environmental protection measures need to be redesigned and formulated. Our company is preparing to hold a review meeting; it’s in the chemical industry, so it won’t be as restrictive as yours, right? Otherwise, the project won’t be able to proceed
It’s extremely difficult to start a project these days; the Guanzhong region does not allow the installation of coal-fired boilers, and the requirements are very strict. The materials submitted are rejected over and over again, many times in total.

It’s the overall environment that has changed; these days, environmental protection is of primary importance. Pig farms and chicken farms have been shut down, and new enterprises are not allowed to install coal-fired boilers. The small coal-fired boilers used by local heating companies have also been removed. Heating is about to start, and heating supply will be a problem this winter.

The overall situation is changing quite rapidly, and many follow-up tasks can’t keep up with it. Take boilers for example: those that use coal are being replaced with those that use gas, but in many places gas supply isn’t available, so liquefied gas has to be used instead. Costs have increased, and many factories have stopped production

We are building a new synthetic resin project in Shaoguan. The environmental impact assessment report has been pending for half a year now – that agency still hasn’t completed it, let alone submit it for approval
Excessive chicken manure pollutes the environment. :lol
