The plant includes the following systems: raw coal crushing and conveying system, fluidized-bed pulverized coal gasification system, gas-flow bed pulverized coal gasification system, pneumatic conveying system, water treatment system, air separation system, DCS/SIS control system, etc. Existing facilities and environmental protection status: Tianyuan Chemical currently has 1 set of Φ1200 ammonia synthesis towers along with the corresponding ammonia production equipment, 1 set of Φ1600 ammonia synthesis towers along with the corresponding ammonia production equipment, and 1 set of urea production facility with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons. The ammonia production facilities in the plant have an annual capacity of 250,000 tons. The company’s main products include 300,000 tons of urea per year and 77,800 tons of crude methanol per year. On September 7, 2017, Tianyuan Chemical passed the environmental protection completion inspection conducted by the Baoding Environmental Protection Bureau, and on November 2, 2017, it obtained a waste discharge permit. Existing industrial waste gas: The flue gas from the waste treatment boiler is treated through \"SNCR denitration + electrobag dust removal + ammonia-based desulfurization + integrated desulfurization and denitration unit + wet electrostatic dust removal\", and then discharged through a 100m-high exhaust stack ; The exhaust gas from the tail suction tower is washed by the washing liquid inside the tower and then discharged through a 40-m-high exhaust stack ; The exhaust gas from the urea granulation tower is purified in a scrubber before being discharged through 2 exhaust stacks 95 m high ; The fumes from the cafeteria are discharged after being treated by a fume purifier. Wastewater: The wastewater is treated at the plant’s wastewater treatment station before being reused ; Noise: Implement noise reduction measures such as sound insulation for the factory building ; Solid waste: The factory site is equipped with a temporary storage area for hazardous waste, and all solid waste is either comprehensively reused or properly disposed of.
