The review meeting for the 30% 3D model of the gasification unit in the hydrogen production improvement and by-product ammonia generation upgrade project carried out by Tianchen Company for Balin Hengyi was successfully completed. Relevant personnel from Zhejiang Baling Hengyi Caprolactam Co., Ltd., Guizhou Aerospace Maiwei Technology Co., Ltd., and the project department of China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. attended this review meeting. This project represents the first collaboration between Zhejiang Hengyi Group, Aerospace Maiwei, and Tianchen Company, and the leaders of all three parties attach great importance to it. At the design kickoff meeting held at Tianchen Institute, senior officials from various parties and the project team attended to establish the design foundations, design concepts, and design timeline ； After a review meeting on the gasification process package was held in Guizhou, Aerospace Maiwei Patent Holder improved the process package. Through the joint efforts of all three parties, the review meeting for the 30% scale model of the gasification unit was held at Tianchen Company from November 16th to 18th. The meeting focused on a thorough review of the detailed design of PID and piping systems, equipment layout, and overall layout plans; at the same time, discussions were held and optimizations were made regarding the placement of various devices. During the review process, the relevant departments of Tianchen Company, such as those responsible for processes and pipelines, were involved throughout the whole process and provided detailed explanations. Drawing on practical engineering experience, all parties engaged in active communication to optimize the design, ensuring its operational performance and facilitating production operations.
