Recently, the high-pressure vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps developed by Hangyang Pump Valve Company were successfully put into operation at the Shenhua Ordos coal-to-oil air separation plant. The seamless replacement of imported products with these high-pressure vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps has laid a solid foundation for the localization of key equipment used in large-scale coal chemical industries. To accelerate the localization process of key components such as air-distribution sleeve high-pressure vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps, Hangyang Pump and Valve Company established a division dedicated to the research and development of cryogenic pumps ； Collaborate with universities such as Jiangsu University and Fudan University on research and development to improve the hydraulic performance and rotor performance of pumps ； Large-scale low-temperature pump performance testing rigs have been established at the Hangyang Experimental Center and Nanjing Hangyang Gas Company. The large-scale testing rig in Nanjing enables full-load performance tests of high-pressure vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps for 72 consecutive hours, providing strong technical support for Hangyang’s fundamental research on high-flow, high-pressure multi-stage centrifugal pumps. In recent years, Hangyang Pump and Valve Company has repaired more than 20 sets of high-pressure vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps for companies such as Anqing Petrochemical, Luxi Chemical, and Shenhua Ordos Coal-to-Oil Project ； On this basis, more than 30 sets of high-pressure vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps were supplied to air separation units such as those at Shandong Hangyang with a capacity of 60,000 m3/h, the export project with a capacity of 84,000 m3/h, Zhumadian Hangyang with a capacity of 40,000 m3/h, and Guangxi Hangyang with a capacity of 40,000 m3/h. The high-pressure vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps supplied for the Shandong Hangyang unit with a capacity of 60,000 m3/h passed the product appraisal conducted by the China General Machinery Industry Association in October 2017.
