The demonstration project for the comprehensive utilization of low-quality coal at China Coal Pingshuo Group successfully passed the pre-completion inspection. On October 11, China Coal Pingshuo Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. organized a meeting to conduct the pre-completion inspection for this demonstration project. Xu Jinchu*, the deputy general manager of Pingshuo Group Company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. In his mobilization speech, Xu Jin pointed out that the demonstration project for the comprehensive utilization of low-quality coal at China Coal Pingshuo is a project aimed at the transformation and development of the Pingshuo Group. It is also a key project for both the Pingshuo Group and China Coal Group. The purpose of conducting this pre-completion inspection is to thoroughly assess the progress of the project construction, and to check whether the project design, quality, and documentation meet relevant standard requirements, thereby laying the foundation for the official acceptance. Each professional team must be meticulous and approach the task with a high sense of responsibility, conducting thorough reviews and inspections of all aspects related to the acceptance process. The opinions expressed regarding the acceptance of a project should be objective and fair, based on facts. After listening to the presentations from the various parties involved in the project regarding its progress, the acceptance process was carried out through four specialized teams: one for construction aspects, one for technical aspects, one for economic aspects, and one for comprehensive evaluation. These teams conducted thorough inspections on site and reviewed relevant documents in order to properly assess the project’s progress, and then formulated their opinions on the acceptance. The acceptance team believes that the Comprehensive Utilization Demonstration Project for Low-quality Coal at China Coal Pingshuo complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industrial policies; it followed the proper procedures for capital construction and met the requirements for continuous safe production by the enterprise. Therefore, the team agrees to approve the pre-completion inspection. At the same time, the acceptance team also put forward requirements for rectification regarding the issues identified during the acceptance process. In his concluding remarks, Xu Jin emphasized that energy and chemical companies should use this inspection as a catalyst to continue improving various management systems, strengthen their operational foundations, constantly identify gaps, address shortcomings, and raise the level of standardized, meticulous, and scientific management. Taking this preliminary acceptance as an opportunity, we must continue to work hard, cooperate closely, and fulfill our duties with dedication, in order to jointly create a bright future for the Energy and Chemical Company characterized by stability, sustainability, and excellence, and to deliver satisfactory results for Pingshuo Company and China National Coal Group. To carry out the next steps in a thorough and effective manner, Xu Jin requested the Energy and Chemicals Company to: first, hold a special meeting as soon as possible to carefully analyze and study the pre-acceptance comments put forward by the expert group, and resolve the issues promptly so as to be ready for the final acceptance by China National Coal Group. Second, it is necessary to carry out the startup procedures properly after this maintenance to ensure a successful first startup. It is necessary to conduct a thorough analysis of the problems identified during this maintenance process, take effective measures to improve equipment management as soon as possible, and ensure the \"stable, safe, efficient, and optimal\" operation of the energy and chemical company. Third, it is necessary to comprehensively plan the work for concluding the fourth quarter and the entire year ahead. All employees of the company should have a sense of urgency, and strive to improve operational efficiency while ensuring safety and environmental protection. The main responsible persons from relevant units and departments of Pingshuo Group Company, as well as those from various participating entities in the China Coal Pingshuo Low-Quality Coal Comprehensive Utilization Demonstration Project, attended the aforementioned event.
