On September 14, the pilot production of the crude phenol refining project at Xinjiang Qinghua Energy Group was a success, with qualified products being produced successfully. This marks another breakthrough in Xinjiang Qinghua Energy Group’s industrial development in the chemical sector, and it also represents a solid step forward on the path to high-quality development, ushering in a new chapter. Aiming for \"zero emissions and high yields,\" this project further extends the industrial chain for the deep processing of coal, achieving a crucial transition from \"raw material output\" to \"high-value-added manufacturing.\" Since the project was launched, Xinjiang Qinghua Energy Group has formed a specialized team to oversee its progress. The team members carefully organized the construction work, strictly monitored the quality and schedule of the project, and overcame numerous technical challenges and construction obstacles along the way, ensuring that the project was completed successfully and entered the trial production phase. During the trial production phase, the company adhered strictly to relevant standards and specifications, carrying out comprehensive monitoring and adjustments of equipment operation, process parameters, and product quality. The technical staff remained on duty 24/7 to address any issues that arose during trial production, thereby ensuring its smooth and orderly progress. After multiple rounds of debugging and optimization, the project successfully produced a range of high-quality phenol-based products such as phenol, o-cresol, m-cresol, and p-cresol, which meet **standards and market demands. The successful pilot production of the crude phenol refining project is of great significance to Xinjiang Qinghua Energy Group; it helps to extend the industrial chain and increase the added value of products, while also creating new sources of profit growth for the company. The total investment in this project is 85 million yuan, which will enable an annual industrial output value of 65 million yuan and tax revenues of 3 million yuan. Additionally, it will create more than 30 new job opportunities.
