At 22:26 on October 30, good news came from the Power Center of Shaanxi Jingyi Chemical Co., Ltd.: the steam turbine engine of Unit 1 was successfully started up at a speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute on the first try. This marks a significant achievement in the commissioning process of Unit 1’s complete set of equipment, and it creates favorable conditions for the subsequent 168-hour trial operation of the unit. At 8:28 on October 30, Boiler No. 1 in the company’s power plant was started up. After more than 3 hours of heating and pressure building, at 18:41, the turbine began to operate. Following low-speed, medium-speed, and high-speed warm-up phases, at 22:26, Boiler No. 1’s turbine reached its rated speed of 3000 rpm, with parameters such as temperature and vibration remaining normal and stable. Subsequently, the turbine team will carry out OPC overspeed tests, electrical overspeed tests, main steam valve tightness tests, and control valve tightness tests, while the electrical team will conduct pre-grid connection tests such as no-load tests, short-circuit tests, and pseudo-synchronization tests, marking the successful completion of the startup process for the turbo-generator of Unit 1 at the Power Center of Lean Chemical Company.
