The lifting of large-scale equipment for the coke oven gas unit in Wonen Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.’s project to produce 300,000 tons per year of ethanol along with LNG from integrated exhaust gases was also completed successfully. The Mechanical Branch provided lifting plans and technical guidance for the lifting of large-scale equipment in the coke oven gas plant of the Shanxi Wonen project. A total of 9 large-scale equipment units were lifted during the construction, with a combined weight of 1,001.39 tons. The heaviest equipment is the medium-temperature desulfurization reactor, weighing 132.25 tons, while the lightest is the pre-hydrogenation reactor, weighing 68.65 tons. The lifting machinery includes 500-ton crawler cranes, 300-ton crawler cranes, and 150-ton crawler cranes.
