3.2.1 Qualification requirements that bidders must meet: (1) The bidder shall possess a qualification level of Grade 3 or above for general contracting of petrochemical engineering construction, or Grade 3 or above for general contracting of power engineering construction, or Grade 3 or above for maintenance (technical renovation) of chemical plants. (2) The bidder shall possess a license for the installation, modification, and maintenance of special equipment (industrial pipelines) . 3.2.2 Performance requirements for bidders: As of January 1, 2019, the bidder must have completed 2 or more similar projects (provide scanned copies of the key terms of the contracts). 3.2.3 Qualification requirements for project manager: None. 3.2.4 Are joint bids accepted for this tender: No. 3.2.5 Other requirements for bidders: None. 4.
