Recently, the process compression units for the **key energy development project – Shenmu Fuyou Energy Technology Co., Ltd.’s “500,000 tons per year coal tar full fraction hydrogenation to produce naphthenic oils” project – were safely delivered to the site by the manufacturer, and installation work is now in progress at full speed. At present, all the crankcase components of the compression unit have been installed, the foundation grouting is complete, and work has begun on installing the exhaust buffer tank and cylinders. To ensure the quality of the compressor unit installation, the company’s Phase II project team and engineering department planned in advance, made thorough arrangements, and organized everything carefully based on the arrival of the equipment. In strict accordance with Amec’s installation standards, they developed an installation plan for the compressor unit to ensure that the entire installation process was completed successfully within the scheduled time frame. It is reported that the process compression units for this project include centrifugal compressors and reciprocating compressors; they have many components, are large in size, and heavy in weight, posing significant safety risks during long-distance transportation. The manufacturer and the company’s supervisors made thorough preparations, improved the contingency plans, and strengthened safety measures to ensure that the equipment arrived safely. The 500,000 tons per year project for the hydrogenation of coal tar distillate to produce naphthenic oils is developed by Shenmu Fuyou. Utilizing coal tar as raw material and relying on its own proprietary technology for the hydrogenation of coal tar distillate to produce naphthenic oils, this project aims to manufacture high-value-added petroleum products. It is located in the Jinjie Industrial Park in Shenmu City, Shaanxi Province, with a total investment of 2.511 billion yuan. The facilities included in this project consist of a 500,000 tons per year hydrogenation unit for coal tar distillate, a 510,000 tons per year hydrogenation unit for naphthenic oils, a 250,000 tons per year separation unit for naphthenic oils, a hydrogen production unit with an output of 75,000 cubic meters per hour, an acidic water stripping unit with a capacity of 40 tons per hour, a sulfur recovery unit with a capacity of 5,000 tons per year, a solvent regeneration unit with a capacity of 10 tons per hour, as well as various supporting utility systems. Since the start of the fourth quarter, all employees at Shenmu Coal Chemical Industry Company have stepped in to launch a major campaign aimed at delivering strong performance in this quarter. By reviewing the goals set at the beginning of the year, they have established specific tasks to be completed at key milestones. With steady growth as their goal, they are making every effort to succeed in the fourth quarter and ensure that the annual targets are met. From January to October, Shenmu Coal Chemical Industry produced a total of 4.5133 million tons of semi-coke, achieving 97.06% of the annual target ； 703,300 tons of oil products were produced, accounting for 85.77% of the annual target ； Revenue reached 8.697 billion yuan, accounting for 91.55% of the annual target ； All key operational indicators have been achieved satisfactorily.
