On June 12, an expert review meeting for the design plan of the project related to the production of new materials for membranes and automated manufacturing systems for membrane components at Time Wharton Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Time Wharton”), which was designed by Guizhou Donghua, was held at Guizhou Donghua. The conference invited well-known experts from the industry, including those from Sichuan University, China Chemical Siding Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd., and Southern Huitong Co., Ltd., to form an evaluation panel. Cai Zhiqi, General Manager of Southern Huitong; Jin Yan, Chairman of Time Wharton, and Liang Songmiao, General Manager of the same company; as well as Gong Zhihai, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of Guizhou Donghua Company, attended the evaluation meeting. The project involves an investment of around 220 million yuan. The automated production line system for membrane components that is to be established will help improve the consistency and stability of reverse osmosis membrane products, enhance the control capabilities of fully automated equipment, and boost the overall competitiveness of the enterprise. This meeting was a review of the preliminary design plan for the project. The leaders and experts present listened carefully to the presentation of the design plan, deemed the technical approach to be generally reasonable, and at the same time offered suggestions regarding possible problems and shortcomings. It is reported that Times Waterton is a wholly state-owned subsidiary of CRRC, and it is the largest and most technologically advanced producer of reverse osmosis membranes in China. It has made significant contributions to the localization of water treatment membrane materials in the country. Time Wharton is also an important shareholder and a outstanding partner of Guizhou Donghua. On May 8 this year, Liang Songmiao visited Donghua Technology for technical exchanges, and both sides expressed their desire to strengthen strategic cooperation. The successful completion of the preliminary work for this project has laid a solid foundation for the long-term cooperation between Guizhou Donghua and Time Wharton, and it holds great significance for the development of Guizhou Donghua.
